With over two decades of experience and more than 4,000 clients styled throughout New Zealand and beyond, Yasuyo Shoemaker brings a thoughtful, detail-focused approach to every person who sits in her chair.

Trained in Japan in 2000, Yasuyo mastered the art of hairdressing through advanced techniques and a deep commitment to detail and customer care. After moving to New Zealand in 2005, she built a loyal following through word-of-mouth and exceptional results — working in Auckland's CBD before opening her own space on Queen Street.

For 13 successful years she operated her city salon. Now based in Rolleston, Canterbury, Yasuyo offers a more personalised, one-on-one experience in a private and welcoming setting — helping you feel comfortable, confident, and looking your best.
